Entrusted Management

We offer a comprehensive range of services spanning from project construction and preparation to operational launch, covering three key phases: pre-opening engineering and technical consulting, opening-day preparations, and hotel operations management.

Under this model, hotel asset ownership and operational control are separated. The owner retains ownership of the assets and oversees asset management in the day-to-day hotel operations.

Feasibility Study Services: Offering professional investment feasibility consulting to help property owners make more informed investment decisions that align with their financial goals and expectations.
